Brilliant, trendy boutique property. Very good value for money for this area. A writing desk and a lounge in the room, incredible and perfect location. Good bed, large bathroom. Location short walk to 2 subway stations, Times Square and Broadway theaters, and theatre district.

The setting is perfect and incredible for the Whole Foods Market store. The hotel is near a cool Hard Rock Cafe that serves desserts. A nice touch is the cool beverages offered at the rooftop bar. It provides very good value for money.

It has good location to see a 70th-floor open-air observation deck. Extremely friendly and exceptionally friendly staff here on night shift.

The rooms are nice and fabulous and include a fridge, kitchenware, and a washing machine. The bathroom with bathtubs. The hotel staff is lovely and approachable. The location is in a brilliant spot close to everything from Central Park to Chelsea.

This is ideal and spotlessly clean hotel with tastefully decorated rooms and attentive staff. It offers good services. There's free parking available and excellent internet too. The roof top bar is spacious. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Had a really comfortable stay during our 10 day visit. Very good value for money contrasted with other options. Very central location of this excellent central hotel was a bonus.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, nestled between bustling avenues and Times Square, yet surprisingly quiet. The 24-hour reception staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our deluxe suite was well-appointed with a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious lounge area. The cleanliness of the suite was impeccable, and we even had a housekeeping visit during our stay. The flexibility of having our own kitchen allowed us to enjoy breakfast at our leisure, which was a nice change from adhering to hotel schedules. The fridge freezer was excellent, perfect for keeping our drinks nice and cold. The hotel also accommodated our request for a later checkout at no extra charge. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Location, space, good appliances, good fitness centre, staff were helpful.

The studio and penthouse room could use a second bed (to make it more useful for families with children) instead of just a desk and chair. More towels and pillows would also be useful (although if asked the staff are happy to provide more).

Our stay at the AKA Apartments was truly exceptional. We got great value for our money with a spacious and inviting one-bedroom apartment that felt like a home away from home. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions and theaters within walking distance. The staff, especially Ryan at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We will definitely be returning and recommending it to others.

The only thing that could have made our morning meal better would be a wider variety of breakfast options.

Wonderful!! We were up-graded to a penthouse suite, but still paid only about $270 per night. Staff were friendly and helpful over everything and the nearby restaurants wonderful. Akdeniz - Turkish- especially recommended.

It's a PERFECT boutique hotel with incredible and unbeatable location in Manhattan district really close to Times Square and Broadway and theatre / Central Park / subway and the centre of New York. Very good value for money, considering that everything is fabulous.

The rooms were perfect and immaculate, they come with kitchen, the bedroom and washing machine.
